Satsang with Giten, Spring 2021: The Art of Enlightenment

Giten's birthday 2017, Giten

“Enlightenment is a discovery of your being.”
– Swami Dhyan Giten

Satsang with Giten is a Mystery School

What is a mystery school? The Mystery school teaches you how to live. The whole work of The Mystery School is to help you to find yourself, to find your authentic inner being. The work of the mystery school is to wake the student up and to allow him to be himself.

Satyama Padma, participant in satsang with Giten said that her experience of spiritual organizations is that people tries to impose themselves on others and aggressively tries make each other somebody else, but in satsang she found a freedom to be herself. The satsang participant Deva Emanuel commented that he would not have stayed in satsang if it was not for the atmosphere and climate of love. He also says that satsang is a mystery school.

A mystery school is a place, where love is taught. It is a place where love is nourished. It is to make your love pure – without ego, power and domination – just a sheer gift of joy, a delight in the being of the other person.

The mystery school is the way of the Upanishads. The word Upanishad means “to be near, to be close”, which is the heart of  satsang. The word Upanishad means to be in the presence of the spiritual teacher and to take in his silence. That is the essence of the work of a mystery school. The mystery school manages to create a certain field of energy and if you are receptive, if you are available, if you are ready to go on the journey of the unknown.

The spiritual teacher simply provides a system to enter slowly into the deep waters and ultimately to enter a stage, where you disappear into the ocean; you become the ocean itself.

To become a part of a mystery school is a great benediction. It is very difficult to find a mystery school to find people who are searching and not imposing themselves on each other, but only helping each other if the need is there.

The whole work of the mystery school to let your ego dissolve and to help you into a deep let-go with existence. To be initiated into mystery school simply means that now you are taking the first step towards actualizing your potential for freedom. He is Buddha, he is a Christ; then he lives in freedom.

In this satsang series we will explore the five levels of the human consciousness: 1. The body  2. The mind 3. The heart 4. The being and 5. The Universal consciousness. These are the five levels that a sincere seeker develops through.

In this satsang series and in these satsang weekends, we will  explore the work of a mystery school. We will explore topics like love, trust, intuition, courage, fear, the ego, meditation, creativity, freedom, doing and non-doing, death, the relationship between the spiritual teacher and the student, silence, enlightenment, life and existence.

The Mystery School is the science of meditation: how to observe the mind and its processes with a relaxed, non-judgmental way and to find the perception and clarity of self-realization. Meditation is a way of settling in oneself, at the innermost core your being. Once you have found the center of your existence, you will have found both your roots and wings. The roots are in your inner being and existence and the wings are in the fragrance that is released in contact with existence.

The fragrance consists of love, freedom, compassion, authenticity, sincerity, humor and a tremendous feeling of blissfulness. The roots make you an individual, and the wings give the freedom to love, to be creative, to share unconditionally the joy that you have found.

The mystery school is supported by silent satsang, which is a direct insight and realization of being.

Giten on Enlightenement

“ENLIGHTENMENT IS AS EASY AS DRINKING A GLASS OF WATER”

“Enlightenment is to dissolve into the silence.”

“Enlightenment is our deepest inner being.”

“Enlightenment is to go beyond the ego, which is separated from life, and to discover our authentic being, which is one with existence.”

“Enlightenment is to discover our being. Enlightenment is to discover the joy, silence and beauty of our being.”

“Enlightenment is to realize that we already are what we are seeking.”

“Enlightenment is our inner nature. Enlightenment is our being. Enlightenment is not a happening, which we have to work for. Enlightenment has already happened in our being. It is the fragrance of our life, of our being.”

“Enlightenment is to find the light within, which overflows and spreads in all directions.”

“The truth about enlightenment is that we are afraid of enlightenment, because enlightenment means that we have to lose ourselves. Jesus described this like we have to forget ourselves to find ourselves.”

“The key to enlightenment is trust, trust in ourselves, trust in others and trust in life.”

“Enlightenment is the realization that all is as it should be. Everything is perfect as it is. Enlightenment is not an effort to achieve. Enlightenment is a state of non-doing, of effortlessness. Enlightenment is the feeling that you are at home in existence. You are part of the whole. You don’t exist separately, all separation has disappeared. Enlightenment is the understanding that all is good and that all is an tremendous harmony.”

“Enlightenment is to discover the eternity of our being. Enlightenment is to discover that there is no death, that death does not exist, that death is an illusion.”

“Modern Western psychology does not know anything about enlightenment and the organized religions have prevented people from attaining enlightenment, because enlightenment means freedom. Society does not want individuals to become free.”

– Swami Dhyan Giten

NIRVANA – THE LAST NIGHTMARE

  – Learning to Trust in Life

Satsang weekend with Giten

15 – 17 January, 2021

Course language in Sweden: Swedish

Nirvana and enlightenment has become associated with an altered state of consciousness to be hoped for, but likely unattainable, reinforcing that all too familiar uneasiness associated with never being able to have what we truly desire in life.

In this satsang weekend, Giten unravels and reveals the meaning of nirvana and enlightenment. By absorbing without judgment and evaluation, making a decision without worrying if it is the right one, or surrendering to each moment, it is possible to come to a point where we simply drop through the manifestations of the ego. In that moment, living an ordinary life becomes an extraordinary delight.

In this satsang weekend, Giten takes us through this experience of letting go of identification, which allows us to get a direct insight and experience of what a life of enlightenment can be.

This satsang weekend is supported by silent satsang with Giten, which is a direct insight and realization of being. It is a direct realization to be a light to yourself.

Live Zen: The Art of Enlightenment
Satsang with Giten,February – April, 2021Ten Thursday evenings
  Course language in Sweden: Swedish

“The last words of Buddha to his disciples were: Be a light to yourself.

You are born with a light within you.

You are enough to yourself. You are sufficient to yourself.

Listen to the still small voice within, and that will guide you.

Buddha defines wisdom as living in the light of our own consciousness.

Buddha’s message to be a light to yourself is a message to all seekers of truth and all meditators on the path of enlightenment.

You have to be silent, so that you can listen to the still small voice within you.

Follow your own voice in silence, love and deep trust.

You have to follow the still, small voice within you and you have to follow your being.– Swami Dhyan Giten

PADMA ABOUT SATSANG WITH GITEN

“Satsang with Giten is heaven. Satsang with Giten is a taste of the eternal, a taste of the timeless. It can feel like we sat for 3 hours, while we only sat for 40 minutes.

I was so afraid that I would lose the silence that I had found during satsang in India, but I found the silence again in satsang with Giten. Samadhi is like dying. The fear that I experienced in the beginning in satsang when I went into samadhi, when I disappeared into the silence, has now disappeared totally.

Satsang with Giten is like coming home. I went into samadhi three times during a satsang weekend with Giten – and I also got a map and an understanding for how to go into samadhi again.

Before I started to attend satsang, I did not think that enlightenment was possible, but now I feel that it is possible. Satsang with Giten confirms what I have really always known. I never thought that samadhi was possible, but in satsang with Giten, samadhi is knocking on the door.”

– Padma

Enlightenment is a discovery of your being. Enlightenment is a discovery of your unique and individual path in relation to existence.

This satsang series with Giten is an invitation to to allow us a direct insight and experience of what a life of enlightenment can be.

In this satsang series Giten introduces the mystery, the wonder, and the emptiness that is Zen.

Zen is the essence of religion. Zen has to be understood in deep love and understanding. Love bridges the world of mind and the world of no-mind, of silence, emptiness and meditation.  Love is the way to know the mystery of life.

Religion means to return to the original source, where there is silence, contentment and bliss. The source is the goal. When one has come back to the original source, one has achieved all that life can give.

The message of Zen is about how to experience the essence of emptiness: that blissful state of no-mind where all old conditionings are gone and man is free just to be himself.

This satsang series is about Live Zen: The Art of Enlightenment can transform the life of anyone who has an open mind. It will burn away old enslaving concepts, and fears that have constricted people’s lives for millenia. Giten gives a fresh, new understanding of live zen, and shows how each person can find the way to light his own path.

Man can live in two ways: the natural way and the unnatural way. The natural person is the enlightened person. To be natural is to be enlightened. Enlightenment is a state of being natural.

People become enlightened only when they have discovered their original source; when they have become natural they are enlightened. Enlightenment is to be ordinary, to be nobody, to be natural.

Enlightenment is simply a process of discovering yourself. Enlightenment is nothing but the discovery of our original face – the essential reality you brought with you, and the essential reality you will have to take with you when you die. And this original face is luminous, because it is part of eternal life; it is part of the whole.

In this satsang weekend, Giten takes us through this experience of letting go of identification, which allows us to get a direct insight and experience of what a life of enlightenment can be.

In 1982, when Giten was 23 years old, he was directed by the Divine presence in a trance session with the American trance chancellor Lin David Martin: “You have listened to your intuition, to your true inner voice, more than most. You have been searching for the contact with the Spirit for a long time and now it is beginning to manifest on the outer plane. You have been gifted many times in previous embodiments and now everything will come rather easy for you. I want you to put your energy into the lives of others, because you can.”

A spiritual teacher, who has counseled thousands of people, told Giten in 1984: “You will dissolve into the silence. All the earlier enlightened Masters and all the small Deva’s are just here to help you to get enlightened.

Previous experience in meditation is recommend for participation

SWAMI DHYAN GITEN, spiritual teacher and best-selling author, has more than 30 years of experience in individual counseling and in teaching awareness and meditation.

He is trained in modern psychology at the University of Stockholm, where the head teacher at the psychological institution called Giten “the salt of the earth”, and a classmate said that Giten “did not move an inch from who he is”. He is also trained in classic Eastern methods for awareness and meditation in the USA, Italy, Sweden and India.

Giten experienced his first satori, his first glimpse of spiritual awakening, when he was 9 years old. This created a deep thirst and longing in his heart and being to return to this natural and effortless experience of being one with the Whole.

Giten’s first spiritual ashram when he was 15 years old was Ljusbacken (The Hill of Light) in beautiful Halsingland in the north of Sweden, and he was a student of the living spiritual teacher Osho, but he does not belong to any spiritual group or tradition; he is only interested to explore what it means to live with open eyes.

All the earlier enlightened Masters and all the small Deva’s are just here to help you to get enlightened.”

In satsang, Giten has talked about a variety of topics of concern for the modern man during satsang for example love, joy, relationships, acceptance, understanding, intuition, healing, trust, creativity, friendship, spiritual growth, evolution, society, life, meditation, silence, spirituality, mysticism, psychology, truth, wisdom, death, unity with life, God and enlightenment. He has also talked about a number of spiritual teachers and traditions such as Vedanta, Yoga, Tantra, Veda, Upanishads, Ayurveda, the chakra system, Tao, Buddha, Lao Tzu, Patanjali and Jesus Christ.

He is author of the best-selling book in Swedish “Meditationens Sång – Om meditation, relationer och andlig kreativitet” (Solrosens forlag, 2001, available from Internet book store Adlibris: www.adlibris.com), and “The Silent Whisperings of the Heart – An Introduction to Giten’s Approach to Life” (2008, available as paperback at Internet book store Lulu.com: www.lulu.com/spotlight/Giten), Presence – Working from Within. The Psychology of Being (2011, available as paperback at Internet book store Lulu:www.lulu.com/spotlight/Giten) and “The Language of Silence – From Darkness to Light” (available in paperback at Lulu.com: www.lulu.com/spotlight/Giten). His latest book has just been published, “Silence is the Way: The Teachings of Buddha” (available at Lulu: www.lulu.com/spotlight/Giten).

“Giten’s book “Meditationens Sång” is one of my favorite books. Giten’s fine book has meant a lot to me. I found it when I needed it the most – or maybe it found me…?”

Claudia Parvati Berghaus, counsellor and psychotherapist, Sahlgrenska University Hospital, Gothenburg

“Giten is really a Master of love and silence. He is a loving man, who knows the science of truth, love and life.”

– Prem Pathik, India

“The religious words that Giten formulate can make anyone mentally stunned. These words create an inner silence and a deep spiritual wonder for life. Giten has shaken me. I hope the readers also discover his greatness.”

-Brage Norin, professor in theoretical physics, Sweden

”While I cannot express enough how grateful I am to receive your paintings, please know I sincerely appreciate your kindness and good thought. There are so many people in this world who are in keen need of your energies that, in keeping with The Kindness Chain, I ask you to consider sharing your goodwill with them in the future.”

SATSANG WITH GITEN: BLESSINGS FROM INDIA

“Spiritual ‘Satsangs’ are highly glorified, throughout the spiritual world, and also considered as inevitable, for sincere seekers. I fervently pray God, for grand success of glorious ‘satsang’, with Rev. SwamiDhyan Giten. The participants, I feel, are really lucky.”

– Amble Huchu Rao Srinivas, India

“A magical Christmas Eve. Life feels so magical.”

– Deva Emanuel, participant in Christmas Satsang Celebration with Giten, 24 December, 2019

Satsang and darshan with Giten Darshan is an invitation to Giten’s friends. Darshan is a meeting with Giten, where he can speak informally with a small group of seekers of truth. In darshan, Giten responds to questions from seekers of truth.

How can one be happy? How can wisdom happen? How can enlightenment happen? During this darshan and satsang celebration, Giten will talk about the four types of people and the four types of inquiry into joy, truth, wisdom and enlightenment.

He will also talk about the inner witness as the master key to go deep into meditation and to discover our roots in existence.

He will also talk about that enlightenment is right here and now. Enlightenment is our inner being. Enlightenment can happen this very moment. Enlightenment has already happened in our being. There is no need to postpone and to leave it to tomorrow. Be enlightened right where you are, because you are free already.

A spiritual teacher, who has counseled thousands of people, told Giten in 1984: “You will dissolve into the silence. All the earlier enlightened Masters and all the small Deva’s are just here to help youto get enlightened.”

The inner witness is the master key

Do you want to discover your roots in existence? These roots in existence are possible only through truth. To attain wisdom, truth and enlightenment, know yourself as the inner witness.

The inner witness is the key to deep meditation and to find your roots in existence. The witness is the most valuable key. Truth, wisdom and enlightenment will happen through the inner witness.

The four types of people in the world

There are four types of people in the world: the wise, the seeker, the ignorant and the idiot. There are also four types of inquiry into joy, truth, wisdom and enlightenment.

The first inquiry is wordless. It is the inquiry of the wise, the one who knows. He has reached; the mind has become clear and calm. He is silent and meditative. He has come home.

The second inquiry is the seeker of truth. He is a seeker for joy, truth, wisdom and enlightenment.

The third iniquiry is the ignorant. The ignorant person is arrogant. He is full of ego and thinks that he already knows. Who is going to explain anything to him? If an ignorant person asks a question, he asks just to prove you wrong.

The fourth inquiry is the idiot. The idiot is so unconscious that the idiot never asks any questions. He does not have any idea that there are any problems in life. Will an idiot ask about what wisdom is or how to attain enlightenment? If an idiot does ask, he will ask about how to fulfill hispassions. He will not ask about wisdom, truth or enlightenment.

Enlightenment is Here and Now

Enlightenment is here and now. Enlightenment can happen right here and now. There is no need to delay even for a single moment. There is no need topostpone and to leave it to tomorrow. Those who have become enlightened have become enlightened in the now. Do not leave it for some other time – that is the cunningness of the mind.

The mind also says that you are not worthy of becoming enlightened. Life isnow, enlightenment is now. Ignorance is now, wisdom is now. This is difficult for the mind: how can enlightenment happen right now? How can anything happen without preparation?

The mind says that you must seek and search for many lives to attain enlightenment. Godliness does not happen in steps, it has already happened. It is merely a question of opening your eyes.

Modern Western psychology does not know anything about enlightenment and the organized religions have prevented people from attaining enlightenment, because enlightenment means freedom. Society does not want individuals to become free.

Enlightenment is our inner nature. Enlightenment is our being. It is the fragrance of our life, of our being. Enlightenment is not a happening which we have to work for. Enlightenment has already happened in our being.

Nobody is stopping you, nothing is preventing you. Awake and be enlightened. Be enlightened right where you are because you are free already.

This darshan and satsang celebration is supported by wordless and silent satsang with Giten, which is a direct insight and realization ofthe truth of our being.

This satsang celebration is open for Giten’s friends, who have participated in satsang with Giten before or have other comparable experience, and for those that have participated in the enlightenment satsang weekends with Giten during the autumn 2020.

“انسان مانند رودخانه ای است که به سمت اقیانوس ، به سوی الهی در حرکت است.

قطره عطش ، آرزو دارد. قطره چیزی از اقیانوس نمی داند ، اما قطره آرزو دارد که با اقیانوس یکی شود.

این قطره تا زمانی که با اقیانوس ، الهی ادامه پیدا نکند ، تحقق نمی یابد.

ین مجموعه satsang سفر به اقیانوس ، به سوی الهی است. “

Swami Dhyan Giten

Giten also sent Isa Te one of his painting “Awakening.”

“Greetings and respect to my dear and honorable master. Thank you very much for your unconditional love and affection.

I have just printed your painting. My eyes filled with tears … thank you for your precious gift … blessed dear master.

Thank you for the exquisite and valuable book. Thank you very much for your beautiful and meaningful writing. I will definitely study and act until the last page. What beautiful and vibrant material is in the book. It burned my forehead and the holy fire flowed in my body. The words in the book have a strong vibration that made me drunk.
Thank you, thank you. Blessing Be.

Swami Dhyan Giten: The World is Coming to an End: Remain Awake

The world is running fast toward the end. The ecology of the planet is breaking down. This should be absolutely emphasized on your consciousness, so that you stop postponing your own transformation.

Man is asleep, he is almost in a coma, and his actions are arising out of this state of coma. Man’s mind is so stupid that if there is a little possibility to postpone, then he will postpone for tomorrow. You may go on sleeping and the world may come to an end.

You don’t have time to waste for anything else other than your own awakening, but your growth is so slow that there is every possibility that the world will be gone before you become enlightened.

You are not putting your total energy into awareness, into meditation. It is just one of those things that you are doing and it is not even the first priority of your life.

It has to be the first priority. That the world is coming to an end has to be emphasized on your consciousness, so that you stop postponing your own awakening.

Nothing has changed in the world; everything is going exactly in the direction of war and death. It all depends on what your priority is. If being awakened has become your priority, and you are ready to sacrifice everything for it, then there is hope.

To wake up, you have to realize that the end of the world is coming closer. That the end of the world is coming closer means to things: it must be clear that the world is working for its final suicide and that there is still a possibility at least for you to become awakened.

Your awakening is of tremendous importance. To make you aware of the reality, so that you can make some effort to remain awake, to make some effort to be more conscious and not to get lost in trivia – is absolutely necessary.

But people change with difficulty; they find it easier to remain as they are – just like stones.

Change means an effort, a commitment, to awaken to your being – and not waste it in stupid things.

If you put your total energy into moving more consciously, the destruction of the earth will not be your destruction. Then you have found the key to a higher life, to a divine life.

A TIME TO WAKE UP: NO TIME TO WASTE IN SLEEP AND UNCONSCIOUSNESS

There has never been in the whole history of humanity such dangerous moments as those that we are passing trough now.

There is no time of consoling yourself that some miracle will happen.

The ecolology of the earth is breaking down, and there are multi-dimensional ways that death is approaching the earth.

But people change with difficulty; they find it easier to remain as they are.

The arrogance and the stupidity that my first words on this current dangerous crisis arose in many people is just a rationalization and a denial, so you don’t have to change and you can continue in your fixed and mechanical patterns of life.

On the so-called spiritual site on Facebook “The Buddha in the gas station”, there was not much Buddha’s but a lot of gas station, where 30 Americans projected their sleep and stupidity towards and called me all the names in the book.

I am not responsible for this situation; I just make the current dangerous situation clear.

The arrogance and denial is just your unconsciousness that does not want to change and disappear.

There is no time to waste in unconscious rationalization and denial.

An absolute transformation is needed, which may help you to wake up.

SAVING THE EARTH: DISAPPEARING IN THE JOY

The emphasis to save the earth is to discover our love, joy and silence.

Your love, joy and silence can save the earth, but that does not mean to carry the idea that your love, joy and silence can save the earth, because this becomes a strategy of the ego.

If you are full of love, joy and silence, the earth can maybe be saved as a consequence.

If you come from enlightenment and bliss, you are bound to affect the whole destiny of humanity.

The greatest miracle in the world is that you can disappear in the joy; you can love and disappear in the love.

You cannot claim that you are doing it, because you have disappeared.

And only joy, love and silence create miracles around you, but you will not be the one who has done them.

They will happen only when you are not, they will only happen when you have moved out of your own way, and allow them to happen.

For Padma, Beloved of My Heart Satyama Padma (Marju Kanervisto), 1962- 2017

About the book:

This book is a compilation of lectures from satsang with spiritual teacher and best-selling author Swami Dhyan Giten on the Upanishads, the ancient wisdom of India, between March 2016 and July 2018 in Stockholm.

“Man is like a river on his way towards the ocean, towards the divine. The drop has a thirst, a longing. The drop knows nothing of the ocean, but the drop longs to become one with the ocean. The drop cannot find fulfillment until it becomes on with the ocean, the divine. This book is a journey to the ocean, to the divine.” – Swami Dhyan Giten

In this book Giten talks about The Upanishadic vision of life, which is a universe in an organic whole. We are all existing in togetherness. The trees, the flowers, the stones, the birds, the mountains and the stars are all interlinked. The part represents the whole. Nothing is lower, nothing is higher – all is one. The smallest blade of grass is connected with the farthest stars.

The Upanishadic vision of life has never become part of human consciousness. It has remained the vision of a few mystics, which is the basic reason for the misery of the world.

The word Upanishadic means to sit in deep communion with truth. It means to sit in satsang in a deep communion of the heart. The Upanishads is a silent communion from heart to heart. That is the meaning of Upanishad. Sitting in silent communion of the heart, and something transpires. This transmission beyond words is the meaning of the word Upanishad. The Upanishadic approach is individual.

Organized religion, tradition, dogma and ideology are bound to be against the individuality.

“Satsang with Giten is heaven. Satsang with Giten about the Upanishads is so exciting. Satsang with Giten is like a scent, a flowering of This is it!

Satsang with Giten has the same taste as satsang in India. Suddenly meditation is not dry and sterile, but an experience of love, silence and prayer, of being one with life.

I went into samadhi three times during a satsang weekend with Giten – and I got a map and an understanding for how to go into samadhi again.

Before I started to attend satsang, I did not think that enlightenment was possible, but now I feel that it is possible. Satsang with Giten confirms what I have really always known. I never thought that samadhi was possible, but in satsang with Giten, samadhi is knocking on the door.”

-Padma, participant in satsang with Giten

Excerpt from the book

Karma

Your actions bind you, because you think that you are the actions. Actions bind you, because you think that you are the doer. The “I”, the ego, behind the actions goes on binding you to those actions.

Through countless past lives, this feeling of being the doer has become strengthened. You think that you are a great doer, while in reality there is no other doer than existence.

How can you drop this attachments and karma? If someone becomes conscious that he is not the doer of the actions – all actions are the will of the whole and he is only a flute in existence hands. In that moment, he is free of karma. If the bondage of karma is not destroyed, there is no freedom.

A meditator says: Now I am not doing anything, everything is done by existence. If someone receives this insight both the bondage of present karma and the bondage of all past karma will vanish.

Karma can be dissolved only when cut from the root – and the root is the ego, the sense of that “I” am doing. So the doer, the “I”, has to dissolve. It is not necessary to focus on the actions, only the “I”, the ego, has to be dissolved. Whenever there is a feeling that “I am doing this”, remember that, you are only the seer, the witness.

Be a watcher. Whenever the feeling of “I” is there shift it to the watcher.

Love is the Highest Religion

“Love is the highest religion. If you only love, everything will come by itself: meditation, silence, truth, freedom and God.”

– Swami Dhyan Giten

“YES”

– The Swedish funny girl, actor, comedian, artist and writer, Jessica Karlén, responds to Gitens invitation to satsang on enlightenment in the autumn with a short reply. “Yes”

Giten comments: “Yes is the only possible word. Enlightenment is a yes to yourself, to others and to life. Otherwise the usual words in Sweden are “no” and security.”

Jessica Karlén is a Swedish actor, artist and comedian based in Stockholm, who is also a student of philosophy at Södertörn University.

COMMENT FROM REGINA DEVINDERPAL ABOUT GITEN’S COMING SATSANG ON ENLIGHTENTMENT DURING THE AUTUMN 2020 IN STOCKHOLM:

“THANK YOU BROTHER JI FOR THE REMINDERS, SUPPORT AND CARE. THE WORLD NEED MORE OF THAT”

“Thank you brother ji.  Yes, when we are ready and commited, surely as human beings we stroll in enlightenment as well walk in nature’s blessings.

Tho, maybe the complex thing is not to only walk blessed, there is surely even more complex to keep on and keep up on the enlightenment path.

Thank you brother ji, for the reminders, support and care.  The world need, we need, more of that.

Sending all sacred blessings and balanced well-being to you and your family, as well environments.

Humbly,

Regina Devinderpal

ENLIGHTENMENT IS YOUR NATURE: THE PATH TO ENLIGHTENMENT

Satsang with Giten during November, December and January 2021: Ten Thursday evenings in Stockholm

Four satsang weekends with Giten during October, November, December and January 2021

“Giten is real. Authentic on his way and self. A loving man, who knows the science of truth, love and life.

– Prem Pathik, India

“Satsang with Giten is a taste of the eternal, a taste of the timeless.

– Padma

”While I cannot express enough how grateful I am to receive your paintings, please know I sincerely appreciate your kindness and good thought. There are so many people in this world who are in keen need of your energies that, in keeping with The Kindness Chain, I ask you to consider sharing your goodwill with them in the future.”

– Oprah, The Oprah Winfrey Show,USA

2-4 October, 1700:-

ENLIGHTENMENT IS YOUR NATURE

An invitation to the sincere seeker of truth

Man can live in two ways: the natural way and the unnatural way. The natural person is the enlightened person. To be natural is to be enlightened. Enlightenment is a state of being natural.

People become enlightened only when they have discovered their original source; when they have become natural they are enlightened. Enlightenment is to be ordinary, to be nobody, to be natural.

Enlightenment is a simple process: it is just becoming your authentic self, your authentic being. And it is so luminous that in its light all darkness and all doubt disappears. Enlightenment is simply a process of discovering yourself. Enlightenment is nothing but the discovery of our original face – the essential reality you brought with you, and the essential reality you will have to take with you when you die. And this original face is luminous, because it is part of eternal life. And a tremendous insight arises that you are not separate from existence.

In this satsang weekend, Giten offers a radically different view of enlightenment, freed from all spiritual and religious beliefs.

In this satsang weekend, Giten takes the participants step by step through the history of how both East and West have approached the mysteries of the human mind and spirituality.

Topics in the course:

– What is enlightenment?

– The six steps to enlightenment

– Peeling the onion of Personality

– Waking up from the Dream

This satsang weekend is supported by silent satsang with Giten, which is a direct insight and realization of being. It is a direct realization to be a light to yourself.

ENLIGHTENMENT IS YOUR NATURE: THE PATH TO ENLIGHTENMENT

Satsang with Giten during November, December and January 2021: Ten Thursday evenings in Stockholm, 1700:-

6-8 November, 1700:-

AWAKENING: The three Steps to Enlightenment

The Language of Silence:

The Art of Meditation

Awareness is the Key. Waking up or awakening means that the dream is over – the dream of unconsciousness we all spend most of our lives in – often a life of tensions, anguish, feeling unfulfilled and running after illusions which are just substitutes of what we are really looking for.

In this satsang weekend, Giten takes us through the three steps on the path to awakening, steps to help us to get out of our conditioning, our limitations and frustrations. There are only three steps: freedom of consciousness, simplicity of mind, and emptiness of mind.

For freedom of thought, for liberation of thought, and for the awakening of intelligence, the first thing, the first awareness that is needed is: “No thought is mine. No thought is mine.”

In this satsang weekend, Giten takes us through this experience of letting go of identification, which allows us to get a glimpse what a life of awakening can be.

This satsang weekend is supported by silent satsang with Giten, which is a direct insight and realization of being. It is a direct realization to be a light to yourself.

4-6 December, 1700:-

The Psychology of the Buddhas, The Science of the Soul

In this satsang weekend, Giten offers a simple science of consciousness that he calls the psychology of the Buddha’s, the Science of the Soul. It is a science that in very clear terms shows how one can, through awareness and taking full responsibility for one’s life, go beyond all limited belief systems, habits, and superstitions of the mind. That process, he says, brings us back to our nature – and that is enlightenment.

Modern psychology studies the mind as an object, from the outside. The soul is completely denied by modern psychology.  Modern psychology tries to understand the mind, not to go beyond it, because psychologists think there is no beyond the mind. The psychology of the Buddhas is a psychology that is based in meditation, to understand from within, where the whole interest is how to get out of the prison of the mind, how to use the structure of the mind to get beyond it.

15 – 17 January, 2021, 1700:-

NIRVANA – THE LAST NIGHTMARE

SWAMI DHYAN GITEN

Swami Dhyan Giten has dedicated his life to teach the art of awareness and meditation. He conducts individual consultations and satsangs internationally. His quotes, articles and books have touched the hearts of thousands and are appearing with increasing frequency in magazines, blogs and websites.

“Giten’s book “Meditationens Sång” is one of my favorite books. Giten’s fine book has meant a lot to me. I found it when I needed it the most – or maybe it found me…?”

THE AUTUMN BOOK FOR LIFE! SPIRITUAL TEACHER AND BEST-SELLING AUTHOR SWAMI DHYAN GITEN’S BOOK “PRESENCE .- WORKING FROM WITHIN: THE PSYCHOLOGY OF BEING”

Presence, lulu, ebok

AUTUMN BOOK FOR LIFE! SPIRITUAL TEACHER AND BEST-SELLING AUTHOR SWAMI DHYAN GITEN’S BOOK “PRESENCE .- WORKING FROM WITHIN: THE PSYCHOLOGY OF BEING”

“Presence – Working from Within” is more than a book about presence, but a manual in the art of unlocking the Soul’s Presence within the Personality.”
– Eric Rolf, International lecturer, course leader, former consultant to John Lennon and author of Soul Medicine

Spiritual therapy works basically because we are all one. In the depth of our heart and being, we are in contact with each other.

This book is an invitation to open our heart. This book is basically about love. It is designed to help us understand how healing happens. Healing is pure love.

Working with people from love, truth and wholeness is the psychology of being, the science of inner transformation. The psychology of being begins where Western psychology ends. It goes beyond Skinner, Freud, Jung, Rogers and Humanistic psychology.

The psychology of being is the psychology of consciousness, a psychology for inner transformation. It is basically not a question of psychology; it is a question of being. The psychology of being begins where we are and takes us to that which we can be.

This book is designed to help us develop our presence, so that our presence and intuition becomes a source of love, joy, acceptance, understanding, truth, silence, wisdom and creativity in the contact with another person.

This book presents a new dimension of healing with a base in meditation. Meditation is the way to deepen our capacity to be present and to explore how to bring the meditative presence and quality into the healing and therapeutic process. The underlying theme of the book is meditation – but not meditation as a static technique – but as the capacity to BE with ourselves and with another person in a quality of watchful awareness, acceptance and relaxation.

This book is written both for people who want to discover their own inner being and for those who work with other people and wants to discover a new love, clarity, depth and inspiration in their professional work.

The different topics of the book are combined with practical exercises.
