“Samadhi is knocking on the door”: Comment from participant in Satsang Weekend with Giten, 9-11 June, 2017, in Stockholm

Giten, satsang, satsang weekend

“Samadhi is knocking on the door”

“Samadhi is knocking on the door. I am so happy that Giten conducts satsang. I never thought that samadhi was possible, but in satsang with Giten samadhi is knocking on the door.”

– Satyama Padma, participant in satsang with Giten

Giten finished this satsang weekend with silent satsang and by asking the participants what they really wanted to achieve spiritually in this life, and Satyama Padma immediately answered “to surrender to the divine.”

After the satsang weekend, Giten received beautiful lilac flowers with a fragrance from the divine.

Satsang with Giten in Stockholm

August – October 2017

Open introductory evening

August 3, 19.00 PM – 21.00 PM, 150:-

“Giten has it. Giten do a beautiful work with satsang. Enlightened or not, I do not care. Giten has a quality, a certain capacity to act as a transmitter for spiritual energy, which can light your own energy. Before I did not think that it was possible to get enlightened, but now I think that it is possible.”

– Satyama Padma, Stockholm

“Satsang weekend with Giten was like coming home. I went into samadhi three times during the satsang weekend – and I also got a map and an understanding for how to go into samadhi again.”

  – Satyama Padma, participant in Satsang weekend with Giten, December 9-11, 2016, in Stockholm

During these satsang evenings, Giten will give a broad compendium of insight and wisdom that reaches into all aspects of life and all domains of human culture. Vedic science – the spiritual science of consciousness is the ancient and universal root of many of the worlds’s religions and mystical traditions. Vedic science and knowledge presents a complete system of spiritual science, including all the practices of Yoga and meditation as part of a rich field of spiritual culture. As such it represents the song of the divine and the cosmic intelligence.

These satsang evenings will cover topics as meditation, discovering your true Self, the inner being, the inner source of love and truth, the different systems of Yoga and meditation, the universal meaning of Vedic science and wisdom, the Vedic view of society, learning to live according to your Dharma, to learn to live according to your true Self, the science of karma and rebirth, Ayurveda and Vedic astrology.

These satsang evenings with Giten may be the most accesible and relevant overview of the ancient spiritual wisdom and tradition of India and its clearest presentation to the modern mind.

These satsang evening  will be especially of interest to the large group of people involved with spirituality, meditation, health and yoga, as Giten will also talk about what underlies the Kundalini Yoga approach to the human energy system. During these satsang evenings Giten will deliver the ancient eternal wisdom in the context of personal growth and transformation.

Satsang with Giten is a meeting in love, truth and silence. Satsang with Giten is a direct insight and realization of being.

These satsang evenings also works as a prolonged shaktipat (transmission of spiritual energy), which both creates immediate result – together with effect that becomes obvious during the coming weeks and months after the intensive. When Giten pursued an advanced training in spiritual healing in USA 1984, he was told that he had the capacity to become a seventh chakra healer, a spiritual healer, to act as a catalyst and channel for spiritual energy from the seventh chakra through the heart. The last 30 years has meant to develop and deepen this capacity to an instrument of subtle catalytic effect, which Giten uses in this Satsang series.

Satsang with Giten gathers people from all walks of life. During the last two satsangs seekers and meditators, psychotherapists, medical doctors, nurses, Ayurvedic healers and doctors, film makers from the Swedish television and musicians and music teachers have gathered.

Giten is also available for individual consultations in personal and spiritual guidance in Stockholm, 700:-/1 hour. Booking and information: swami.dhyan.giten(a)gmail.com

During these satsang evenings we will study the following topics:

How meditation is the most important treatment to regain balance and health. The basic cause of physical imbalance and disease are to lose contact with your soul, with your spiritual purpose in life. Meditation is to come in contact with your soul, with the inner silence, which is the inner source of healing and wholeness.

Understanding the chakra system and discover the interconnections between the chakras, physical organs and emotions. Dissolution of ego is the key to develop chakras, because ego creates the constriction of energy that prevents chakras from functioning.

The ancient Vedic science of consciousness is the oldest and most extensive approach to life. The Vedic science is based upon the experience of thousands of years of enlightened masters of India. As such, the Vedic approach is both unique and universal, and presents us with extraordinary and powerful tools to enable us to shape our lives according to the highest Self-awareness. Those that are willing to study and apply the Vedic system with dedication and commitment, are bound to discover the greater reality and energy of the whole of life accessible to them in their every breath and behind every thought. This greater potential that we have does not merely consist of a new science and technology but of being able to create “a new human being” rooted in a higher consciousness that is one with all.

The Vedic approach to life is as an organic unfoldment of a unitary consciousness is returning through related Vedic disciplines of yoga, Ayurveda, Vedic astrology and Tantra.

Millions have come in contact with one or more of these Vedic teachings, though few may know the complete Vedic system behind them. Yet that background hold greater depth and power than any of its important branches.

The Vedic approach rests upon a special view of the human being, life, nature and consciousness that can be very different from what we find in modern psychology, philosophy, medicine and science. It reflect a profound spiritual philosophy, psychology and cosmology interwoven together at the core of our being. This knowledge is not simply theoretical in nature but reflects a profound ascertainment of how the universe operates both externally and in our own psyche.

The Vedic approach helps us to establish what we could call a Vedic Life, which is a life in harmony with the universal Dharma. The Vedic approach is based upon the Vedic laws of right living, which are also the laws of the Dharma – how to live in harmony with the greater conscious universe and with respect for the sacred nature of all life. A Vedic life links us to the universal life and asks us to honor all living beings.

Vedic science is a qualitative science, that reveals and unfolds the sacred and immeasurable – the essence of life. Vedic science encompass all the ordinary sciences including physics, astronomy, biology, medicine and psychology. Vedic science do not exclude the knowledge and discoveries made by modern science, but seek to integrate these into a higher science of consciousness. The Vedic view is that whatever knowledge we have externally of name, form or number is incomplete if we do not know our own inner essence, being and consciousness that are beyond all quantification. Vedic science teaches us how to access and live in our higher Self and being. As such, Vedic knowledge leads us to a quantum leap in awareness, a revolution in higher consciousness and a greater integration with the universe. Vedic knowledge addresses the total human being as a reflection of the greater universe of matter, life, mind and consciousness.

During these satsang evenings we will study the following topics:

– The Divine Within: Veda -The Eternal Philosophy

– The religion of Truth: Living according to your Dharma, living according to your true Self, living according to your love, joy and truth

– Dharma and karma and the science of rebirth. Karma – Cause and effect

– Vedic Astrology – The Science of Light

– Vedic Social Science: The structure of the spiritual and human society

– Towards a global culture: Creating the Foundations for a true spiritual and human culture

– The four stages of Life

– Vedic cosmology: The Multidimensional Universe

Dharmic Philosophies – Theories of Truth

– Samadhi and liberation

Understanding how yoga, meditation and Ayurveda together form a complete approach for optimal health, vitality and higher awareness. Yoga and Ayurveda reveals to us the secret powers of the body, breath, senses, mind and chakras. More importantly, it unfolds transformational methods to work on them through diet, herbs, asana, pranayama and meditation – covering the entire range of our life and experience. It shows how the two spiritual systems work together in bringing harmony and well-being to body, mind and soul. The goal of Ayurveda is self-healing and the goal of Yoga is self-liberation and samadhi. We will study all the steps in yoga from concentration and meditation to samadhi. Understanding the two spiritual systems Ayurveda and Yoga will transform our whole Life.

During these satsang evenings we will study the different paths of yoga: The yoga och knowledge, the yoga of devotion, Hatha Yoga, Tantra, karma yoga – the yoga of service and Raja yoga.

Giten will talk about Vedanta, which is the world’s oldest meditation path. Vedanta is the philosophy of self-realization and samadhi. Vedanta is a philosophy of Self-realization and samadhi, and its practice is Self-realization through yoga, awareness and meditation. Vedanta revolves around one premise: re-establish the silence at the core of our being.  In Vedanta, silence is understood as our own human consciousness – which resides in our hearts and pervades everything in the universe. Vedanta sees pure unity or oneness as the supreme principle in existence. Vedanta meditation aims at returning to this original state of unity and oneness with life, in which all beings abide in the Self within the heart. It takes us direct to the divine presence in the heart.

Vedanta says that the individual soul is one with God. Vedanta says that our true Self, Atman, the inner being, the soul, is our divine nature. The same consciousness that resides at the core of our being pervades the entire universe. It pervade in the flowers, the animals, the stones, the mountains and the stars. To know ourselves is to know God and to become one with God.

Vedanta is generally private, emphasizing individual practice more than group practice. However meditation sessions do occur as part of the satsangs or gatherings that are common in the tradition.

Giten unveils the secrets of Vedanta meditation from which all other meditation systems have emerged. Vedanta is the famous “direct path to enlightenment” of Vedic science, the world’s oldest science of consciousness. Vedic science offers the wisdom of the ancient enlightened masters of India. Vedanta, the path of self-realization, is the spiritual support and goal of the related Vedic disciplines like Ayurveda, yoga and Vedic astrology. Vedanta is the essence and the end of the ancient wisdom of Vedic science of consciousness. Giten will reveal the deepest secrets of the ancient wisdom of Vedanta, which reveals the steps to meditation, spirituality and Samadhi. Giten will also talk about the Vedantic perspective on the important prime issues of the spiritual path, the challenges of awareness, the practice of meditation and the Vedantic view of consciousness and cosmic evolution.

SWAMI DHYAN GITEN, spiritual teacher and best-selling author, has more than 30 years of experience in individual counseling and in teaching awareness and meditation. He is trained in both modern psychology and in classic Eastern methods for awareness and meditation in USA, Italy, Sweden and India.

Giten experienced his first satori, his first glimpse of spiritual awakening, when he was 9 years old. This created a deep thirst and longing in his heart and being to return to this natural and effortless experience of being one with the Whole.

Swami Dhyan Giten has dedicated his life to teach the art of awareness and meditation. He conducts individual consultations, seminars and courses internationally. His quotes, articles and books have touched the hearts of thousands and are appearing with increasing frequency in magazines, blogs and websites.

Since he began to meditate when he was 15 years old, he has dedicated his life to the study and exploration of the inner journey in order to move out of his own way, to be in a flow, and to discover the authentic inner being, the meditative quality within, the inner silence and emptiness, the capacity to surrender to life. He does not belong to any spiritual group or tradition; he is only interested to explore what it means to live with open eyes.

Giten’s first professional passion when he was 15 years old was to become an actor. After training as an actor, he worked as an actor until he was 23 years old. Working as actor taught him a lot about life and to emphatically understand the situation and life of other people, since acting is really a spiritual occupation. It taught him about spirituality, since working as an actor means to play a role totally, while at the same time as you know deep down that you are not the role you are playing. After working as an actor for a number of years, Giten began to understand that his early passion for theatre was really an unconscious search for a spiritual discipline. When he realized this, he began to feel a thirst to work with people in a more direct way in awareness and meditation.

In 1982, when Giten was 23 years old, he was directed by the Divine presence in a trance session with the American trance chancellor Lin David Martin: “You have listened to your intuition, to your true inner voice, more than most. You have been searching for the contact with the Spirit for a long time and now it is beginning to manifest on the outer plane. You have been gifted many times in previous embodiments and now everything will come rather easy for you. I want you to put your energy into the lives of others, because you can”.

Giten’s student and beloved friend, Satyama Padma, went to see a medium for a consultation. Somehow, they began to talk about Giten and the medium, who had never met Giten, said: “Giten is an old soul.”

His three creative areas to express the mysteries of meditation in outer form are teaching, writing and painting. His meditative art is internationally recognized and have been nominated for the international art exhibition The Florence Biennale in Italy, which is arranged in cooperation with The United Nations.

He is author of the best-selling book in Swedish Meditationens Sång – Om meditation, relationer och andlig kreativitet (Solrosens forlag, 2001, available from Internet book store Adlibris: www.adlibris.com), and The Silent Whisperings of the Heart – An Introduction to Giten’s Approach to Life (2008, available as paperback at Internet book store Lulu.com:www.lulu.com/spotlight/Giten), Presence – Working from Within. The Psychology of Being (2011, available as paperback at Internet book store Lulu:www.lulu.com/spotlight/Giten), Meditation – A Yes to Life, Healing Is Pure Love, Presence – The Inner Source of Love, Truth and Wholeness and The Language of Silence – From Darkness to Light (available in paperback at Lulu.com: www.lulu.com/spotlight/Giten). The last four books are also available as free e-books at the award winning book site Obooko.com). His latest book has just been published, “Silence is the Way: The Teachings of Buddha” (available at Lulu: www.lulu.com/spotlight/Giten)

Swami Dhyan Giten has been accepted as Goodreads author on the international book site Goodreads with 40 million users together with best-selling spiritual author Paulo Coelho, # 1 New York Best-selling author Alyson Noel and award winning author Margaret Atwood (http://www.goodreads.com/SwamiDhyanGiten).

Recommendations, quotes and discussions of Giten’s articles and books and its content are also beginning to appear with increasing frequency in magazines and on sites ranging from The Times of India, the largest daily English newspaper in the World, USA Today, the largest daily newspaper in the US, the US news site Newsblaze, Edge Life Magazine, a leading source for psychology, education and world transformation in the US, and Sentient Times Magazine to the large Internet communities MySpace.com, a large Internet community for young people, Wasteland, the American online magazine Alternative Approaches, Motivateus.com, MSN.com, Yahoo.com, newsletters of American High tech companies to small discussion forums and blogs focused on spirituality, health, art and literature.

Giten’s birthday, May 15, 2016, celebrated with satsang, initiation and introduction to working with people from love, truth and silence

Initiering, Samarpan, Giten, kram

 Initiering, Samarpan, Giten

Initiering, Iiris, Giten

“Thank you for a wonderful day.”

– Deva Emanuel, musician and participant during Giten’s birthday.

Giten’s birthday on May 15, 2016, was celebrated with satsang, initiation and introduction to working with people from love, truth and silence.

Marie, psychotherapist, who has done satsang and courses with Giten since 25 years, was initiated and was born again as Prem Samarpan, which Giten gave the spiritual meaning: Prem, love, and Samarpan, surrender, to let go. Giten described the spiritual meaning of Samarpans name: “Love is to surrender yourself. Love is to surrender yourself to the other person, love is to surrender to the whole.”

Iiris, special teacher for autistic children, was also initiated and was born again as Prem Iiris, which Giten gave the spiritual meaning Prem, love, and Iiris, wholeness. Giten described the spiritual meaning of her new name: “Love creates healing and wholeness. Then you are not separated from the world. Then you are not a foreigner in the world. Then existence is your home.”

“It is astonishing to realize that growing up actually means to become one with Existence. It means to find the whole Existence within myself, it means to discover that Existence is alive in my own heart and being.

The song of a bird echoes my own inner voice, the beauty of a flower reflects my own inner beauty, a dog becomes an expression of my own unconditional love and friendship, the majestic mountains create an exstatic joy, and I discover all the shining stars of the sky within my own heart.
It is to realize that the whole Existence is alive, and that the underlying thread of consciousness is God.”
― Swami Dhyan Giten
Inituation, Toshen
“I could not have wished for a more beautiful initiation.
I felt such a love for everybody after the initiation.”
– Prem Mukta, who was initiated by Giten on June, 12, 2014
Initiering, Lotta + Giten
Initiation into freedom is basically a way of living life
consciously, in meditation and celebration, a life lived in oneness with Existence, inspired by the vision of spiritual teacher Swami Dhyan Giten.
Initiation into Freedom is an experience of the heart. It is an initiation into the ancient path of truth, an initiation into the invisible path.
Initiation + Kalyani + Giten
Initiation into Freedom is a sincere commitment to yourself and to your own spiritual growth. It is a statement that the most important thing in your life is meditation, to become more aware, more conscious and more awake. Initiation into Freedom is a surrender to the truth of your own being.
Initiation, bara Kalyani
Initiation into Freedom happens inside the being of the individual. It is conscious choice of the sincere seeker of love and truth, who have a deep commitment to truth. Previous experience of meditation is recommended.
Initiation med Lotta, bara Lotta
Giten has initiated people to the path of truth with people who surrendered to him in their hearts through creating an inner initiation in their inner being for 30 years, but he has not formally initiated people before. But now the time seems ripe to begin to initiate sincere seekers of truth.
Initiation into freedom is not a religion or an organization, it is a statement by the individual. Initiation into freedom is based on the Indian sannyasin tradition, but it is not a reunciation from the world. It is a life affirmative confirmation that embraces all aspects of life, meditation, relationships and creativity.
Initiation ceremonies will be performed in connection to Satsang evenings with Giten. Initiation can also be done by mail.
In initiation into freedom, Giten will observe you and find out:
1. What type you are
2. How much work you have done in your past lives
3. Where you are right at this moment in your spiritual growth
4. At what center you are functioning right now
5. Decision about meditative methods that will be helpful for you.
Based on this observation, Giten will give you a new name, your spiritual name, with a meaning that will denote the pathway that you will travel on and an individual quality that will be be a guidance on your spiritual path. You will also receive a necklace symbolizing the oneness of life.

Quotes by Swami Dhyan Giten

The reason that people start wars is because they still believe in their separation from life. But when you experience the wholeness with all living beings, you understand that hurting somebody else is just hurting yourself as we are all one on the spiritual level.

The mother is the child’s first relationship, his whole world, his existence. If there is love in the relationship between the child and the mother, the child learns to trust himself, to trust others and to trust life. If there is no love in the relationship between the mother and the child, the child learns to distrust himself, to distrust others and to distrust life.

Give the child a taste of meditation by creating a climate and atmosphere of love, acceptance and silence.

The most precious gift that you can give to the child is unconditional love and acceptance, which allows the child to discover his own inner being, his authentic self, his freedom to be himself.

When we are, love is not. When we are not, love is.

The inner emptiness is the door to God.

When you come to the ultimate experience in meditation, when you come to your deepest core, you are no one. You are a vast emptiness. You can become afraid in meditation, because the deeper you go in meditation, the more you realize that you are nobody, a nothingness. It is a death of the ego. That is why people become afraid of meditation.

The deepest realization of meditation is that your being is a non-being. It is a nothing, a vast emptiness without boundaries. It is a no-self. The feeling of self, of I is false.

The inner woman is the source of healing. The inner woman is the source of silence. The inner woman is the source of love. The inner woman is the source of belongingness with life. Embracing the inner man and woman is to discover our inner roots and wings.

The heart is the door to our inner woman. The heart is the door to our inner world. The power chakra relates to the inner man. The power chakra relates to the outer world. Irrespective of if we are a man or a woman, the inner woman is the center of our consciousness.

When we stop judging others and ourselves, our heart begins to open.

The human heart is a healer, which heals both others and ourselves.

The human heart operates from two premises: I Am Responsible and Only Love Works.

In the depth of our heart, we already know that we are perfect as we are. In the depth of our inner being, we already know that life is perfect as it is.

A good man cares about others. A good man has not only selfish desires. He is not only centered in himself. A bad man has no concern for others. He has only selfish concerns. He is centered in his own world.

Love makes you feel at home in existence.

Love never ends.

To be able to die consciously, we need to prepare for death while we are still living.

Only if we live consciously, we can die consciously.

Only a meditator is able to die consciously as life is an opportunity to prepare for death. Meditation is a death, a death of the ego.

Despite 2000 years of evolution in modern times, we have still not managed to develop the intelligence to create a society that knows what love is. Our society is still not a civilization, it is still primitive and barbaric.

Deep within ourselves, we find the inner being, the inner source of love, which is our true nature. Love is the only reality, because only love works.

Acceptance is to love and embrace everything that we find within ourselves like a mother embraces her child.

The hardest time in this world is for the sensitive and intelligent people.

Giten quoted in interview with musician and international DJ
Luca Cazal on the English site

Cosmix 0.1 – Luca Cazal

Cosmix 0.1 comes from musical wonder-mind, Luca Cazal.

Whether working with house, disco, techno or indie, Luca Cazal is a humble master and lover of music in all of its forms. Through his work with Ali Love as ‘Infinity Ink’, with Jamie Jones and Lee Foss as ‘Hot Natured’, with Brigante as ‘Luca C & Brigante’ and his previous integral part in the band ‘Cazals’, Luca’s musical interests hold no boundaries and whatever project he turns his mind to manifests in its perfection, as a true wizard’s work does.

Some musicians are born with an infinite amount of creative energy, working on solo and collaborative projects constantly with a persistent need to release the rhythms and melodies reverberating around inside their soul. Luca Cazal is one such artist, a music obsessive who works relentlessly to harness the power of the musical spirits that surround us, summoning them from the stars above, down to Earth and into the clubs.

Luca is a key member of the hugely successful Hot Natured group, two renowned duos; Infinity Ink and Luca C & Brigante, as well as the alternative project Invisible Cities. He has played a part in producing a long list of contemporary classics including ‘Morals’, ‘Tomorrow Can Wait’, ‘Games’, ‘Infinity’ and ‘Flash Of Light’ and the timeless hit ‘Benediction’. But now he is investing a large amount of time and energy into his own solo projects. Humble, driven and devoted to his craft, the focus on his solo work begins with a showcase of his diversity on an EP for one of the industry’s most influential labels, Crosstown Rebels.

As a DJ, Luca has travelled the world, playing at many of Europe’s most important club spaces including Panorama Bar, Circo Loco at DC10 and is currently in his third year as resident for Jamie Jones’ Paradise. His list of achievements also includes a slew of high-profile festival appearances; Glastonbury, Tomorrowland, Global Gathering, Hideout and Day Zero among them. Just like his production work, Luca pays close attention to detail when playing music, constantly evolving and pushing his limits. His tour schedule remains packed up until the end of 2014 and into 2015, with a firm focus on solo performances.

With ‘Cosmix 0.1′ Luca explores his own cosmic realms in a mind expanding 42 minute mix. Enjoy!

Cosmix interview:

Cosmic Pineapple: Tell us about the mix –

Luca Cazal: The style of music is a mix of early 80’s  electronic  European music which some people may refer to as ‘cosmic disco’ and some more modern productions loosely inspired by this type of music. I’ve been interested in these kind of records for a number of years, after listening to the now legendary ‘cosmic tapes’ by Daniele Baldelli.  Actually I shouldn’t call this a ‘style of music’ as it’s in fact many styles, it includes anything from afro beat, downtempo disco, rock, early new wave and many more  influences.  I’d like people to listen to it as a whole without really thinking about who made the music and see where it takes them.

Music is… ?

My life, my medicine and my obsession

What is your view on the state of universal consciousness?

I think it’s hard to describe what Universal Consciousness is, I would say that Universal Consciousness is the mechanism for everything and is everything, therefore we’re all part of it. I think that more and more people are starting to realise it and that can only be a positive thing.

Can you give us a cosmic quote?

“Healing is to be in the light of our own consciousness. Healing is an inner light, which exists as a natural radiance around a person. This inner light is in itself a healing force beyond words. This inner light disperses darkness, like when you light a candle in a dark room and the darkness disappears by itself. This inner light exudes a subtle influence through its mere presence. The more the light in our own consciousness is lit, the more it creates a subtle effect in the world.” – Swami Dhyan Giten

Your starsign ?

If you could do anything with a pineapple, what would you do?

I feel obliged to point out that I don’t like the taste of pineapples, I’ve also never been able to understand why people would have pineapple on pizza… Being Italian I see this almost as a sacrilege.  But  I do love the way pineapples look and feel. They look amazing, the shape of the whole thing, the leaves, the geometry of the rind, pineapples look so tough and impenetrable. I would  love to be able to enter the plants realm and be able to hang out with them on the same level, communicate with them and live like they do. If this was possible I would have the pineapple as my protector/bodyguard in the plant World.

Satsang with Giten on Buddha, November 12, 2015, in Stockholm: Only love can dispel hate

Only love can dispel hate

From Satsang with Giten on Buddha,

November 12, 2015, in Stockholm

“It feels like I could have stayed in this presence in satsang with Giten for ever.”

– Charlotte Westh Kujawa, Los Angeles and Malmoe, participant in satsang with Giten, November 12, 2015, in Stockholm

Buddha says:

When Buddha uses the concept “impure mind”, he means mind.

Mind is impure, and no-mind is pure.

SPEAK OR ACT WITH AN IMPURE MIND means to speak or act from the mind.

AND TROUBLE WILL FOLLOW YOU means that misery and suffering is the result of the mind, because the mind means unawareness.

Mind will bring trouble and suffering as certain AS THE WHEEL FOLLOWS THE OX THAT DRIVES THE CART.

When Buddha says “pure mind”, he means no-mind, awareness.

Happiness will follow you if you have a pure mind or no-mind.

Suffering is a result of mind, of unawareness, happiness is a result of no-mind, of awareness.

Happiness cannot be searched for directly, happiness can only be found if you do not search it directly.

On the contrary, you have to search for awareness.

When awareness comes, happiness comes of its own accord.

Fear and hate exists in the past and the future, love exists in the moment, in the here and now.

Love exists in the present moment.

Fear and hate has a reference in the past.

Somebody has abused you in the past, and you are carrying it like a wound.

Fear and hate is a limitation. If you hate somebody, you also create a hate in the heart of that person towards you.

The world lives in fear, hate, destructiveness and violence.

Hate creates hell on earth, love creates a paradise on earth.

True love comes from your inner being.

It is spontaneously welling up of joy, which has nothing to do with the past or the future.

True love is in the moment.

Hate never dispels hate, darkness cannot dispel darkness.

Only love can dispel hate.

The eternal law is that only love dispels hate, only light dispels darkness.

Bring light into a room and the darkness disappears by itself.

How can you bring light into your own being?

Through becoming silent, aware, awake and conscious.

That is how to bring the light in.

The moment you are aware and awake, hate will not be found.

It is not possible to hate somebody with awareness.

You can only hate somebody in unawareness.

When you are conscious, hate disappears, when you are not conscious, then hate is there.

Love and hate, light and darkness, cannot exist together, because hate is the absence of love, darkness is the absence of light.

We waste our life in quarreling, in conflict, when life is so short.

Use your whole energy for awareness and meditation.

Then you can become a light.

Meditation will make you awake, because you will discover your inner being.

Meditation brings an awakening.

For the first time you will feel the truth of your own being.

– Swami Dhyan Giten

During the Satsangs with Giten during the last 1,5 years in Stockholm, a deep silence and oneness have developed, and it felt like a modern mystery school of love and truth.

So Giten has decided to open Mystery School, which is a very loose organization to offer regular Satsang Intensives and weekends and longer programs for sincere seekers with a commitment for inner awakening and enlightenment. Some Satsang Intensives will only be open for seekers and meditators, who are part of the mystery school.

Deep within ourselves is the inner being, the authentic self, the inner silence and emptiness, where we already are one with Life.

The Sacred Yes: 6 Month Transformation Programme will be offered by the Mystery School, which will be open for both current participants of the Mystery School and for other seekers, who have a commitment to their spiritual growth and previous experience of meditation.

The Sacred Yes programme is a beautiful and mystical journey into our inner being during 6 months, where Giten uses silence, words and awareness to help us rediscover our authentic inner being, the capacity to surrender to life, where we find a joyful, alive and expanding relationship to Existence.

This program is an invitation to people who have sufficient life experience to discover their own authentic inner being.

In his past lives, Giten has travelled through many spiritual paths. In this programme he uses philosophy and spiritual methods from many traditions – Vedanta and The Upanishads, Patanjali, Tao och yoga, Buddhism, Sufism, Christianity, the seven chakras and seven energy bodies, modern psychology and Classic Eastern methods for meditation and awareness to guide the individual seeker in a way that relates to the seeker’s own spiritual path from path lives. This makes it easier to take new steps on the spiritual journey.

It is an invitation to the sincere seeker of truth.

The Sacred Yes consists of two Satsang series with Giten during February – July on Thursday evenings in Stockholm. The first Satsang series focuses on The Path of Wisdom – The Heart of Tibetan Buddhism and the second Satsang series will focus on Jesus, where Giten will talk about Jesus, the man, Jesus, the revolutionary and Jesus, the mystic. Giten will talk on Christ, not on Christianity. Giten makes a clear distinction between the rebel called Jesus Christ and the religion that followed after him – Christianity. Giten was a disciple of Jesus in a former Life, where he was thrown to the lions in Colosseum in Rome.

“I love when Giten talks about Jesus.”

The Sacred Yes also consists of two 2-Day Satsang Weekends with Giten in 11-12 April on Tibetan Buddhism and in June on Jesus.

The 2-day Satsang Weekend is Giten’s invitation to everyone, who have the inner thirst and longing for a direct recognition that our heart is the door to our being, our inner “yes”-quality, our authentic self, the meditative quality within, the inner source of love and truth, the inner silence and emptiness, the capacity to surrender to life.

The 2-day Satsang Weekend with Giten is an opportunity for a direct insight and realization of being. To meet our inner being means to witness and affirm everything that we already are. It is to meet that that which is already perfect within ourselves.

The Sacred Yes also consists of three individual consultations with Giten.
