This is a loving invitation to Giten’s friends and sangha, who have participated in satsang with Giten before, to celebrate his birthday with darshan, satsang and a whole day on the topic Silence is the door to God. This day will consist of three spiritual keys from The Upanishads, the ancient insight and wisdom of India.
Darshan is a meeting with Giten, where he can talk informally with individuals and small groups of seekers of truth. In darshan, Giten answers questions from seekers and gives initiation to seekers of truth.
Giten´s satsangs on The Upanishads, the ancient insight and wisdom of India, is a ground for sincere seekers of love and truth, who are interested in the mysteries of meditation.
This day will be supported by silent satsang with Giten, which is a direct insight and experience of being. This experience can transform our entire being and consciousness.
During this day we will explore three keys from The Upanishads:
1. God, Brahman, means existence, being, the ocean of consciousness, the divine. Everything belongs to God, to existence. He who understands that everything belongs to existence attains to everything.
2. The difference between love and possessiveness: There is only one basic problem in our lives. That is the anxiety about how to get love from others. All our fears come basically from this single dilemma. We have to experience true love as long as you need to demand it from others. True love will not diminish however much we give of it. In fact, the more we give of true love, the more we receive.
3. The Path of Living: Surrender to Existence: He who understands that Everything belongs to God, to existence, and who let go of his ego, which is separated from life, attains to everything. He who empties himself, who surrenders even his “I”, his ego, becomes the master of infinite riches. Our inner being is the door to God, to existence. When we recognize that everything belongs to existence, you will be thrilled with the bliss within you. All the nectar of life will now be ours.
